The residential masterplan for 90 dwellings on a brownfield site on the outskirts of Wolvey village in Warwickshire for Legal & General. The design was developed up to RIBA stage 3 and submitted for outline planning approval. 

The scheme proposes a range of 2, 3 & 4 bed properties to be delivered through a mix of terrace, semi detached, townhouse and detached housing types. The main features of the masterplan include the creation of a central linear park running north to south through the site connecting a network of pedestrian footpaths. The new green space will provide valuable recreation and ecological resource. 

The proposals also include the creation of a sustainable drainage system (SuDS) that runs through the green streets and green open spaces. The provision of swales and attentuation ponds will provide an attractive natural feature as well as create new wildlife habitats.
