THE GRANARY NEARS COMPLETION

Urban Box Architects have been commissioned by Pitalia Real Estate to design new office accommodation at the Grade II listed Granary Building in Leeds. The refurbishment project provides a total of 2,482sqm/26,717sqft (GIA) over four floors, with a 86.9sqm/935sqft retail unit at ground floor level and 1,777sqm/19,129sqft (NIA) of office accommodation spread over floor levels ground to third. The office facilities include self-contained unisex toilets, disabled toilet, shower room and lockers on each level. A disabled shower room is also located at ground floor level. A new glazed entrance lobby provides informal meeting and breakout space for office users.


Completion is due later this month.
